FLC Innovation for Impact
Connecting federal labs and industry for technology transition.
In-Person
Leesburg, VA
Walk away with practical strategies for moving your technology from the laboratory to the field. Hosted by the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC), Innovation for Impact focuses on advancing technology transition and commercialization. It brings the federal tech transfer community together to build the partnerships necessary to strengthen national security.
The first two days are reserved for federal researchers, legal experts, and Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) staff to exchange best practices. On December 3rd, the doors open for Industry Engagement Day. Industry partners get direct access to federal laboratories and Department of War (DoW) personnel to discuss licensing opportunities and collaborative research. Vertx Partners knows that connecting directly with mission partners is the best way to align your capabilities with operational needs.
The event takes place December 1st to 3rd, 2026, at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia.
